AUTHENTICITY
At Reluxzi, each luxury item undergoes a careful evaluation based on the details and photos you provide. Our pricing team assesses the product’s quality, current condition, and its resale potential to determine a fair market value. All pricing provided includes applicable taxes, ensuring transparency and clarity for both sellers and buyers.
AUTHENTICITY
Ensuring genuine luxury is at the heart of everything we do. Every product submitted to Reluxzi is thoroughly inspected through a trusted two-stage authentication process. Our in-house specialists work alongside internationally respected experts, including LegitGrails, Bababebi, and Luxury Authenticator Australia, to verify products from global luxury brands.
COMMISSION
Reluxzi follows a transparent and fair commission structure.
Standard items: We charge a 30% commission, allowing sellers to keep 70% of the final sale value.
New/Unused items: Enjoy a lower 20% commission on brand-new products.
High-value items: Have something worth over ₹5,00,000? Reach out to us directly to discuss a special commission arrangement.
SALES PROCESS
When an interested buyer makes an offer, we’ll get in touch with you via email or WhatsApp (if the item is still with you). Once confirmed, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item to us. Please note that shipping expenses are the seller's responsibility. To avoid any delivery issues, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
PAYMENT
After your item has been sold and verified, payment will be processed and transferred within 14 days. You can choose to receive your earnings via Bank Transfer or Google Pay (GPay).
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Selling something premium? For single items priced ₹50,000 and above, or a collection totaling ₹1,00,000+ , we offer free doorstep pickup across India. This luxury service is our way of making the selling process smooth and effortless for you.
